
Southwest Medical Ltd was set up primarily as a service organisation. Whilst many companies can provide service on their own equipment or certain specialities we felt that the majority of clients need a one stop shop for all of their service requirements. With this in mind we have invested heavily in the necessary training and test equipment to provide just this service. From overseas customers, including major oil companies, through UK private hospitals and small veterinary practices we have been able to provide high quality service and a program of planned preventative maintenance that is not only cost effective but ensures both equipment reliability and patient safety.
We are able to provide an onsite service of course, but in the interests of cost effectiveness why not try our "collect and inspect" service. Box up your equipment for repair or service and call us. We will arrange a carrier to collect from your premises, deliver the equipment to us and we will provide you with a free of charge quotation for repair. Should you go ahead with this quote, your equipment will be repaired, fully tested both functionally and electrically to Medical standards and returned to you for the quoted price. Should you decline, we will return the equipment to you with the only cost being a maximum of £25 for carriage both ways (maximum 30kg per parcel).
Does your equipment need replacement batteries, lamps, administration sets? Call us, we provide spares and consumables for most of the equipment in common use in both the human and veterinary fields.
