We can service/repair virtually all of your medical equipment and offer full certification and warranty on ALL repairs. All equipment serviced/repaired by us is tested in accordance with manufacturers and/or MHRA guidelines using calibrated test equipment. This ensures you comply with RCVS/CQC standards.We use manufacturers spare parts where available and ensure your equipment meets or exceeds all relevant standards of operation and safety. We keep a full service history for any item repaired, which is available to the customer at any time. Evaluate and Quote - For items of equipment not covered by a service contract that require service or repair. You send the item into us for appraisal and a quotation is issued. If our quote is accepted, the work is carried out and the equipment is returned to you with a report and/or certification (where appropriate). Should the quote be declined the item is returned to you un-repaired with a one off standard charge of £15 to cover delivery costs, or, if you prefer, condemned and disposed of as you require with no charge.
      A decontamination form must be supplied with any item of equipment sent in for service or repair. Click on link to download form.

Formal service contracts

Standard - Aimed at the client who needs the comfort of knowing their equipment will have an annual service and that they can call on support when required. You will receive a formal contract and we will advise when the next service is due. We will endeavour to have an engineer on site within 72 hours from call out and you will receive a discount on any equipment/consumables purchased. 

Comprehensive - This is the next best thing to having your own engineer. You will receive a formal contract and we will advise when the next service is due. We will endeavour to have an engineer on site within 48 hours from call out, give unlimited free remote support and a discount on any equipment/consumables purchased.

Ad Hoc - For those who prefer not to have a contract you can simply “pay as you go” (subject to our standard rates). Bespoke packages available.
